INNOVATION BUILT ON TRADITION
With the same quality and precision for building luxury homes that has always been ESCOBEDO's brand signature, we now fabricate entire residences off-site in our facility (wall, floor and roof panels with fully integrated mechanical systems), transport the pre-built panels with our own fleet of vehicles, and erect on site, along with general contracting the entire structure.
With our innovative process, we mitigate weather, site and labor force constraints; hence cutting construction time in as much as half the time of conventional construction, while providing our clients the opportunity to save on fixed costs and to build anywhere.

Whether it's 399 precisely-cut limestone voussoirs to build the most complex stone vault in centuries, a cartouche of intricate detail, an elegant bathtub or a contemporary sculpture, we have 2, 3 and 5-axis CNCs , and a crew of the best masons in the country that still also carve and chisel by hand.

Metals Division
structural and architectural innovations
From complex structural steel configurations, to contemporary woven brass bar backs, the Escobedo Group designs and fabricates metals with the same precision for which our signature brand has become known. Our metals shop houses a 3-axis CNC and a 10'x20'-bed water jet.

Armadillo Vault
taking the world stage with the "Impossible"
We've achieved world-renown with our Armadillo Vault; which was modeled, fabricated, shipped overseas and erected within the Arsenale of Venice, Italy in time for the 15th La Biennale di Venezia di Architecttura. The Armadillo is a free-standing, mortarless vault made of 399 Texas limestone pieces held together in compression only. A one-of-its-kind structure of complex voussoir geometry.
