Rural Colorado Ranch residential lodge, shop building and cistern

Construction time = 11.5 months

This ranch residence was built with our DARIO Panelized process. A radial residential structure, alongside a shop building and cistern took less than a year to construct.

Our panelized process results in wall, floor and roof panels that are fully fabricated with all integrated mechanical systems, pre-built in-house within our facility in Buda, TX, transported to the site and installed in as much as half the time of conventional construction. Prepped foundation to dry-in took only 5 days.
