Driftwood Pool House
An architectural oasis of modular stone
This pool house was originally built as a modular box with a Quonset hut roofline in 2006. In 2017, the outdoor kitchen/living space was added; fully designed, fabricated and built by the Escobedo Group, the outdoor space boasting a custom grill also designed and fabricated by Escobedo's metals division, as well as a nod to one of the company owner's favorite sayings playfully water jet cut into some of the steel in morse code.
The undulating roofline of the outdoor space and the enclosed pool house seemingly replicate the rolling hills west of Austin where this pool house resides.
