Custom-crafted URBANITY
This 4,800 square foot premium floor condo showcases our superior general contracting capabilities, and conveys as an extraordinary example of our in-house craftsmanship in stone, metal and millwork.
The gradated Carrara marble bar wall and remote-controlled doors veiling the spirits and stemware, as well as the stone slab and tiles making up the fireplace wall were fabricated by our in-house CNCs and installed by our skilled masons. The wall paneling throughout and all the cabinetry millwork was also all fabricated and finished in our facilities and installed onsite on the top floor of the condo building.

Escobedo served as the general contractor for the finish-out construction of this 13,000 square foot penthouse in Austin, TX. Escobedo craftsman fabricated and installed structural steel, light gauge steel framing, interior doors, steel show door enclosures, steel wine racking system, all cabinetry and millwork, wood ceiling, stone floors, stone spiral staircase and stone bathtub.
